Pumpkin Dip

It turned out just as it was suppose to, but no had seconds of this one. It tasted just like pumpkin pie, but I think the sweetness and the texture scared people away. IT is definitly better as a dessert and not an appetizer.

Easy and Delicious Chicken

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

I made these the day before I served them, which probably wasn't the best idea because it was way too garlicky! I think I prefer hamburgers without bread crumbs-tasted like meatloaf like other reviews said. However, I like the idea of Cayenne pepper and Worchester. My brother in law did ask for the recipe. Not my favorite.

Simple Country Ribs

Chicken a la King III

Flavorful Beef Stir-Fry

This was great! I used low sodium soy sauce as well. I also used apple juice. Wonderful flavor. To add a little spice put in some Cayenne pepper! (About four dashes)

Bourbon Street New York Strip Steak

I loved the taste of the dark brown sugar! I didn't use as much bourbon because I didn't have two cups. It came our great! I made it on my George Foreman grill - which I wouldn't recommend (came out a bit dark).I also made an Au Jus to go on the side by combining two tablespoons of the dark brown suger, 1/4 cup Worchester sauce 1/4 Teriyaki sauce and 1/2 cup water - heated for a minute in the microwave-turned out to be a nice dipping sauce!

Blue Cheese Potatoes Delmonico

This was great! I put in some onion powder and salt to give more flavor (after reading some of the reviews). I actually was pleased that the blue cheese didn't stand out more. I think next time I might add chopped onions in with the potatoes. I am going to serve this one to the in-laws!

Stuffed Brie

I served this twice over the holidays and everyone loved it! I served it with warm italian bread cut in chunks. Many people asked for the recipe!
