Making Crispy Onion Rings
These are the most crispy onion rings we've ever had. I gave obey for my Husband to try and he said he will never be able to eat any other rings! My daughter never eats onion rings and after she tried these, she put 4 more on her plate. I kept them in a warm oven while I cooked them all and after about 45 minutes from when I started and being in the oven...they were still as crispy!!!!! Only think I did different was adding seasoning salt right to the batter.

Grandma's Blueberry Pie
Great tasting pie and I love the use of the tapioca! Blueberries were frozen so I took the advice of others and used 5 cups of blueberries and a few more tbsp of tapioca. Turned out great!

Ruth's Grandma's Pie Crust
Simple and tasty! My Husband says it's the best crust he's had and helps me brag it up!! I don't care for flakey crust so I substituted the shortening for butter and it was great! I tend to not like pie crust but I couldn't get enough of it. Was only making one pie so as per other reviewers, I halved the recipe. Next time I won't do a lattice top cause I want to taste more crust!!
