These are absolutely wonderful! I took the suggestions of others and only used 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Other additions I made were: I only used about 3/4 of the bottle of chili sauce and then I added about 1 T of mustard, 1 tsp liquid smoke and a few dashes of worcestershire. I also used Bush's original baked beans and drained them before adding. I will use this recipe often!!

Lemon Garlic Hummus

This was my first attempt at making hummus and wow.... I loved it! My husband came in while I was making it and insisted that he didn't think he'd like it. He ate more than I did. Definitely a keeper.

Florida Key Lime Pie

I made this for my husband as he loves key lime pie. It was fairly easy except it took a while to juice the limes - that's the reason for the 4 stars. I had to use regular limes as key limes are not easy to find in my area. It turned out very tasty.

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken

My husband doesn't care for chicken but I love it. So when he has a special request for something I don't care for, I make myself chicken. Last night was one of those nights and I wanted something oven baked. I found this recipe and thought it sounded good. I baked it using the directions exactly as I always do the first time I try a recipe. I can honestly say that I think this is the BEST chicken I've ever eaten! It had great flavor and was extremely moist. I can't wait to eat the leftovers!! The only thing I will do differently next time is maybe add more garlic to the butter and try using skinless chicken breasts as a whole fryer chicken is way to much for one:o) Thanks so much for a wonderful recipe - it's a keeper!

Ham and Bean Soup

This soup is wonderful and so easy! My husband was a little skeptical and after tasting it, he told me it's the best ham and bean soup he's ever eaten:o)

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

My husband was skeptical...... but he loved it! We could not get enough. I will be making this often. I also plan on taking it to my next "food day" at work!!!
