Maple Salmon
This was a wonderful surprise in my mouth! The sweetness of the fish was so great of a twist compared to the normal salty, fishy flavor. I did not bake it but broiled it for 3 mins on each side. It came out so juicy and tender. I also skinned it and broiled it on the side, nice and crunchy! This will become a regular at our house my husband said who does not like fish. With roasted carrots and wild rice I felt like a queen.
