Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2014
This was really very good and all my kids loved it. I did cut the recipe in half b/c my cut of meat was smaller. I added carrots and would have been able to add plenty of potatoes there was so much gravy, but really wanted mashed potatoes today. Added carrots with 3 hours of cook time left and they were perfect. I was in a hurry and didn't take time to thicken the gravy as suggested as in another review, but it was good anyway. Will definitely be making this again with a larger piece of meat as to have more left overs. Thanks for the recipe.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2013
This bread is great. I did add some extra spices though, just b/c some the reviews I read stated that they had increased the amount of spices and added vanilla which I did too. I had to use 30 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 pans and they worked well. Certainly will be making this recipe again.

Bread Pudding II

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2013
Very Yummy! I did make some adjustments and normally I try to follow the recipe to the T. However, I had left over hamburger buns that needed to be used up, so I doubled the recipe using a 9x13 pan which was perfect. I used 13 buns and 7 eggs b/c another review stated that it was a little too "eggy". I also used the blueberry flavored cranberries b/c I didn't have raisens on hand. All in all it was very good. Definetley will make again and try other add ins. Thanks for sharing such a great recipe!

Chocolate Cobbler

Reviewed: May 5, 2012
This cobbler is insane! This is the answer to any chocolate craving you may have. This is great right out of the oven. I made this for a pot luck for work and I wanted to try it before I took it in. after trying it, I wanted to keep it at home and not take it in to share. I was that good, everybody loved it. Even my kids couldn't help licking the sauce out of the pan.

Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: May 5, 2012
This is so good. I did put my pan in the oven to melt the butter even though this recipe didn't call for that and I used home canned peaches and chopped the slices. I didn't see any reviews that mentioned that someone had used peached they had canned themselves, so I was worried they would get too soupy. They stayed firm and the cobbler turned out fantastic! Everybody at work loved this. Definetly will be making this again as soon as peaches are in season.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2012
I really liked these pork chops, and so did the family. I double coated mine and I really liked the way it came out. A few days later I tried the breading on chicken breasts and they came out moist and yummy too. Thanks for sharing!! Now I have a go to for breaded foods.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2012
This soup is delicous and very simple. I made it using the smoked sausage chopped into slices and then quartered. I browned them and then drained off the fat. I also added some carrots. I'm sure it would have been great the way the recipe is listed but I only had sausage at home. This soup made plenty for our family of 6. And I had some to take to work the next day. Definitely will make this again and I really wouldn't modify the recipe any more than what I did, b/c this was really good.

Beef Nacho Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2012
Hubby and the kids loved it.. I did do half miracle whip and half sour cream as others had suggested, just because I wan't sure how the miracle whip would taste in this casserole, but it works.. Thanks for sharing!!

Fantastic soup, but you definately need the croutons to give it the best flavor.
