Thai-Style Chicken Skillet

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2004
This was a very good dish, different and easy to make, I def. recommend this for a quick chicken fix. I used snap pea stir fry veggies instead ot the snow pods it gave it a little more color. I really wouldn't change anything about it,

Awesome Eggplant Rollatine

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2003
This recipe is awesome, worth every bit of time, it truely is a recipe you'll try again. I noticed as well the batter was thick, but I think that added to the flavor, I just added 2 more eggs & 1/2 c of parm for the 2 eggplants & cut the eggplant lengthwise

Chicken Marsala Florentine

Reviewed: May 2, 2004
This was absolutely excellent, I made a little more sauce (adding a bit more wine, butter & flour) and another 1/2 cup of fresh spinach. It was spectacular w/gar. mash, perfect combo.

Famous Chicken Francaise

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2004
This was a very simple recipe that tastes really good, I took a little bit of the flour left over and mixed it with water to make the sauce a little thicker. My chicken also wasn't cooked all the way, but I micro. it for 1 min. and it was fine.
