Flank Steak with Horseradish Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2011
I used a different cut of steak other then that I followed the recipe word for word. I enjoyed the flavor very much the steak was perfectly tender and the sauce just made it all that much more. The leftover sauce made a great salad dressing the next day.

Citrus Pork Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2012
I cooked it a second to long but the flavor was so good. My dinner guest really liked it,we all thought the subtle taste of orange and ginger added so much to the pork making it not your every day pork roast. The gravy came out perfect and there was plenty of it.I added a pork roast to my shopping list for this week so I can do it again. I really liked this recipe very much.

Seared Scallops with Pineapple, Ginger and Lemon Grass Salsa

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2012
I don't eat seafood, I am however learning how to cook it for my husband. Thanks to the clear and well written recipe I served a dish to my husband that looked and tasted like a professional chef had made it.I had fresh snow peas so I used them instead of beans that is the only change I made. My husband said my scallops were perfectly cooked and the pineapple salsa was a perfect match. He was completely satisfied. I liked the salsa very much as well it lent it self well to my chicken. Thank you so much for helping learn how to cook seafood.

Quick Sherry Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2012
Both my husband and I loved this dish. The only thing I did differently was to use my own cream of mushroom soup and I baked the dish covered at 350 for 45 mins and let it sit for 15 mins. instead of simmering this made for less reduction of the sauce.

My husband HATES applesauce and he had seconds. The meat was perfect and the flavors worked so well together. I used a cinnamon stick instead of ground cinnamon. I also cut the recipe in half, lowered the temperature 4hrs into the cooking time and shortened the cooking time to 6 hrs. perfect dinner.

Clone of a Pretzel Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2012
A very nice dip. So much better then plain mustard. I enjoyed the sweet and spicy taste of the dip and then when you add the saltiness of the pretzel it is yummy. Good for gatherings and parties or just as an every day snack that is a cut above the rest.

Progresso® Creamy Chicken Piccata

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2012
This was so good I have to remake it to take a picture. I told my Hubby to leave the pasta and 1 piece of chicken for a picture. He ate it all. I slammed cupboard doors and yelled at him for 5 minutes and all he said was it was worth it. It was that good.
