Progresso® Creamy Chicken Piccata

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2012
This was so good I have to remake it to take a picture. I told my Hubby to leave the pasta and 1 piece of chicken for a picture. He ate it all. I slammed cupboard doors and yelled at him for 5 minutes and all he said was it was worth it. It was that good.

I had green jalapeno instead of red and had to go hunting for Sriracha. It was worth it my husband proclaimed them the best I ever made and I liked them as well.

Mexican Enchilada Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2012
A few steps to get this done. Not quick and easy but so very very good. I followed the recipe as written and served with rice. I think I will leave the lettuce and tomato out and serve them on the side. I do not like cooked lettuce.

I like sloppy joes very much and husband dislikes them very much. He enjoyed this recipe a lot and used the leftovers for his lunch. When I asked if I could make them again he was all for it. Hip Hip Hooray I can enjoy Sloppy Joes once more.

Pot Roast with Vegetables

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2013
I used sweet red wine in place of the vinegar, and cooked the in a crock pot for 8 hours, I put the veggies in at the 4 hour point. I followed the recipe except for the changes mentioned. When I tasted the broth on the stove top before putting it in the crock pot I knew I had hit a home run with this recipe. It is a good thing that I took the picture before dinner because there was no left over meat and veggies. I will be freezing the left over broth and using it for french onion soup. Thank you for the recipe.

Real Hungarian Goulash (No Tomato Paste Here)

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2013
YUMMY! no leftovers here. A very forgiving recipe. I got distracted and scorched my onion paprika mixture, as quick as I could I switched to another pan and added more paprika and onion to replace what was lost, watching carefully I softened the new onion and then added the cup of water. As you see it came out beautifully no burnt or unpleasant taste and the little browning on some of the meat added to the flavor. The meat was melt in your mouth tender, and my house smelled so wonderful while it was cooking my neighbors were leaning over the fence to get a whiff.I will be using this recipe often, hopefully leaving out the scorching step.

Kent's Pork Chop Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2013
This worked well, I should have started dinner sooner but that was my fault for not looking at the cooking time when I read the recipe earlier in the day. The rice came out perfectly done the meat tender and juicy and the flavor was banging. Good enough that I was forgiven for missing the 6 Oclock dinner bell :)

Orange Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2012
I am on the fence about this cookie, it is so cake like it almost isn't a cookie. They don't hold together well you need to serve them with a plate or napkin because they are crumbly and do fall apart. They are light and moist even 2 days later they are still nice and soft. They are a tasty cookie and everyone enjoyed them, still I am not sure I would ever make this cookie again.
