I served this at my super bowl feast and my guest where just putting it on their plates and eating it with a fork. Tasty dish no matter how you eat it. I liked the addition of the blue cheese very much.

Spinach and Spaghetti Squash Quiche

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2014
What a wonderful recipe with a few additions, like garlic, onion, mushroom,& bacon. I seasoned with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. I made half my egg muffins with out the bread crumbs because 1 of my guest can't have gluten and they were very good too.

This recipe was a big hit on my Super Bowl table. People came back for 2nds and 3rds. I had to hunt all over for the cactus but it was so worth the effort.

Honey and Onion Mustard Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2014
Very good. I used this as a dip for pigs in a blanket at my super bowl feast. Everyone liked it so much they drowned there pigs in it. I made this early in the day and it thickened up a little in the fridge it was still thin but not thin enough to bother anyone.

Kay Kay's Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2014
Yummy really yummy. I left my 7lb pork shoulder in the crock pot on low for almost 12 hours. It feel apart with just one touch and was full of flavor even before I put the bbq sauce in. I served melt in your mouth sandwiches for Super bowl that everyone raved about. Thank you for the recipe.

Delicious Apple Pie Bars

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2014
Very good. Made a very good dessert for last nights dinner and will make a great snack today. I am not a baker by nature and this recipe scared me but I am glad I tried it anyway. I rolled the crust out much larger then I needed only to figure out that you don't want the bottom crust to lay over the top of the baking dish and that you should make the top crust just a little larger than the inside perimeter. I had so much extra crust I made cinnamon pin wheels with the extra.

Sweet Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2014
I didn't use the corn syrup and I am glad I didn't, the Marsala was real sweet with out it. I used one pan and started with cooking the chicken first. This is not a bad recipe but I won't be using it again.

Eve's Bread Pudding

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2014
I added about 1 and 1/2 cup of milk as well as a 4th egg. The end result was a moist bread pudding that was very bland. The spices need to be increased.

Green Beans

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2014
I was a little worried about the sweetness, however there was nothing to worry about. The brown sugar mixture enhances the beans and bacon making each bite a real treat.

Mystery Pork Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2014
We like pork chops and we like Oxtail soup, however this was just okay. It needs more something I am just not sure what. I used homemade oxtail soup and seasoned the chops very well I thought and still it was bland. I am thinking maybe turning the soup to gravy once it has cooked, and more spicing for sure.
