Like everyone else, loved it! PERFECT amounts, simple =) I do feel its plenty sweet as is but may have to add a pinch of vanilla next time.

Delicious Apple Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2007
Great taste! However I ran into the same issue as some of the other reviewers. I don't know how thin some of you shredded you're apples but using a normal grater size and an hour of cooking I still wasn't able to get the apple to blend well. I eventually turned off the stove let it cool down a bit and placed it in my food processor. I doubled the recipe and did not modify anything. It was such a basic and simple recipe! When I make this again I would defenitiy scale it a lot bigger then double so that I would have some leftovers after two people had some. I am looking forward to using this recipe again soon and experimenting with different types of apples.

Banana Bread V

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2003
Very tasty, moist and good! The only reason why I rated it as a 4 was because of all the changes I made to it. After reading other banana bread recipes and suggestions made. I made 1/3 of the sugar brown sugar, used 1 1/2 cups mashed banana, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon, and instead of walnuts I added 3/4 cup chocolate chips. The hardest thing in this menu would have to be being able to fallow the directions. And for cooking time I baked it at 325° for 35 min and the top was a little over done. This is for sure a recipe I'm going to make in future! Nice basic recipe, Pat!

Cheese Spaghetti

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2003
I don't know how this could feed four as I halved the recipe for and for one it was hardly enough food. This was an easy recipe, and I will definitely make it again. I did vary it however! I didn't add as much cheese, garlic powder and pepper as it called for *after cutting it in half*. I also added capers to it for another little touch, and instead of garlic powder I added a garlic/herb spice. And it turned out creamy and good. Very filling!
