Oven Pot Roast
This was by far the best pot roast I've ever made. Only added two onions sautéed after browning the meat and threw in a bunch of garlic cloves (to your taste). Also added a can of drained mushrooms to the mix and baked 4 hours at 325. Perfectly tender, fantastic gravy! Served with mashed potatoes and peas. I did not use the butter or flour. Just some oil to brown the meat and onions. Yummm!

Dijon Crusted Halibut
One of the best crusts yet for halibut or other while fish filets.

Pan-Seared Chicken Breasts with Shallots
Really good and easy!! I sliced the chicken breast into three pieces. One the filet and then sliced the remaining breast into two thin slices. Cooked faster, browned faster. Also added Tarragon but not necessary, I just like Tarragon a lot. Served with rice and green peas for a real tasty comfort food meal with a gourmet twist.
