I had to redo my review because I made some more changes. When I first made these they tasted great, but when we went to pick them up to eat they fell completely apart. So I read some other reviews and these are my changes: I increased my flour to 2 1/2 cups and I cut the margarine back to 8 tbsp or 1 stick. Increased the ginger to 3 tsp and subbed out OJ for water. I made sure to follow the instructions for creaming the margarine and butter and THEN adding the egg and molasses. I baked for 15 minutes. It didn't fall apart and I still got a slightly softer cookie than I like so next time I'll bake longer.
