Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

I used raspberries and raspberry jello instead of strawberries. I took this to work for a potluck and everyone wanted the recipe. It was great.

Lemony Shrimp over Brown Rice

I used some of the other reviewers suggestions and added peas, red pepper flakes and substituted chicken broth for wine. This was a great easy weeknight meal.

Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy

I am not a big fan of Blue Cheese but loved this recipe. It added such a good flavor to the pork chops. I wish I had read Aunty M's review before making this recipe for I would have saved the left over gravy for other uses as she stated. It is definately a "make again" recipe for my family.
