Swanson(R) Braised Beef with Shallots and Mushrooms
I made this recipe for 4. I added more shallots than the recipe called for because I am very fond of them and they always add so much flavor to any kind of sauce I make. I did season the beef prior to browning it to give the meat a little more flavor. Also, I did not use the lemon zest or parsley. I served this with some mashed potatoes and the dish came out very tasty!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
This recipe turned out well, but I did make many adjustments as usual. I don't generally use measuring spoons, so my descriptions may be a little more general. I made 2 tilapia filets. I cut out the celery salt completely. I added a couple dashes of paprika and garlic powder. I still added the lemon even though many reviewers cut this out. I used the olive oil mayo since it is lower in fat. I added much more pepper than what the recipe stated, but this should be done by your taste. I added some herb bread crumbs to the mixture and I also seasoned the fish on both sides before putting it in the broiler. I didn't notice any comments about the broiler, but I put it on low and just checked up on it after 2 minutes to see how cooked it was. This worked well for me.

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries
Very good! I wasn't able to find the rubber squeezer of my baster so I had to make due with using a large spoon to spread the juices over the top to make it crispier. This recipe was simple to make and very tasty. I will definitely be making this again.
