Stromboli

Left out the ground beef just b/c, used a little more mozzerella than called for probably & used canned mushrooms even... GREAT recepie for insides! Next time I'd like to put cheese under & over filling ... loved this. Will def do again.

Amy's Barbecue Chicken Salad

We cooked our chicken on the George Foreman & seasoned it with chili powder to give it the 'blackened' effect. LOVE this salad! Fantastic & will do it again. Great sauce too.

Restaurant-Style Potato Skins

I baked mine in oven (toaster oven actually for less time on 400 and then on broil for just 1-2 min). Loved the ease, less cleanup & turned perfectly crisp! :)

Southwest Breakfast Burritos

This was a FANTASTIC recepie! My husband even commented (who's not a breakfast for dinner person) on how they didn't need tabasco b/c they were so flavorful. I LOVED this & love how far it stretches too. We 1/2ed teh recepie & he still had plenty to take for lunch the next day. LOVE IT!

German Potato Pancakes

GREAT! We loved these. Followed the recepie completely except left them in the pan longer to brown- glad I did to make sure they cooked through too. Excellent side with Breakfast Burrito's!

Chicken Delicious

For as QUICK & EASY as this dish was... it had fantastic flavor & will DEFINITELY be done again. My husband loved it. Think it's the wine (I just used a cheap white) that made the flavors really come out. We also cut the recepie to fit 2 small chicen breast for us... great great recepie!

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

HUGE HIT at my daughter's birthday party! Good tips I got from other reviews: -Cut bacon in 1/3rd's -Precook bacon partially -Sprinkle GENEROUSLY with brown sugar -after cooked- put in crock pot for keeping warm & serving (I personally heated the crock pot up & then unplugged it to put it out on the table at party time)... kept them yummy & warm. HUGE hit! Will definitely do them again :)

Puppy Chow I

FANTASTIC! Made it for a birthday party & it left great leftovers for Superbowl & still more that I put in baggies in the freezer for taking out later! LOVE IT! I used abou 14 oz of Chex instead of 17... plus used crunchy peanut butter & LOVED it!

Stuffed Green Peppers I

Excellent! Took the advice of another cook & cooked rice ahead separately along with adding oregano, basil to meat....and did add some cheddar on top of peppers after the tomato soup... GREAT recipie!

Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken

Very good.. Im a huge cilantro fan. Just forgot to ad the sauce back with the chicken after I shredded it. This would have tasted much better (too dry without it).

Sour Cream Noodle Bake

Prob one of best casserole recipies Ive gotten off here.. Very good with salad on the side for our 'simpler' evenings. I made 2 of these at once to freeze one & substituted lentils b/c I only defrosted the 1 lb of beef & had a 12 oz bag of Egg noodles for the 2 casseroles too. Probably added a little extra cheese to the top & a little extra garlic/pepper seasoning to the beef. EXCELLENT!

AMAZING!!! (I also partially cooked the bacon before wrapping the green beANS). My husband isn't usually vocal about HOW MUCH he likes something- but he & the rest of the family sure did on this! AMAZING!
