About this Cook
About us!! Our names are Marisela and Iliana we are sisters who live together. Mari has AnaLeigh, our our wonderful 1yr old Little girl who keeps us all on our toes everyday.
My favorite things to cook
Mari loves to cook stir frys, pies, and cheese cake. I love to cook cookies, cupcakes, stuffed peppers, mashed potatoes, chicken, Spanish rice, and any thing I can think of. We both enjoy cooking and will do and try everything :-)
My favorite family cooking traditions
We follow mom's pepper steak recipe, Spanish yellow rice just as mom has made it.
My cooking triumphs
We made cheese cake for the first time and it as a hit at my job people are still asking me to bring in some more cheese cake.Iliana made stuffed peppers that were delicious! Mari made delicious chicken kebaps...tangy and sweet and awesome chicken noodle soup... crock pot wonders!
My cooking tragedies
Well I made a batch of cookies that ere just so awful! they were hard and salty.... my banana bread was hard and looked un-appetizing I was so embarrassed I tossed them away when no one was looking! I burnt my beef stew so badly I had to throw the entire pot away the stew was so awful even the neighbor did not want to eat!

Cheese Cake Cups
I absolutely love this... so easy to make and quick to enjoy. I love putting strawberries on top. I put a little of maple syrup to tone down down the cream cheesey taste and crushing the cookie but other than that, this is my #1 go to quick dessert.

Broccoli Cheese Soup V
Made this for my family it was a hit with my sister and her boyfriend. Used almond milk, little bit of paprika, minced garlic, and pepper. I would have added extra onion if I had one but other than that this recipe rocks!
