Summer Nights Eggplants

This recipe is fantastic! I didn't have feta so I subbed with queso fresca which is a crumbling mexican white cheese and it worked just as well. I will make this time and again. Thanks for sharing!!!

The Amazing Swedish Meatball

The meatballs were great! However the sauce needs help. I will definitely make the meatballs again but I will take the other suggestions and re-work the sauce.

This was the stickiest dough I have ever worked with. The cookie has a good flavor which we enjoyed but not the extra work in trying to roll it out. I think this would probably work better if it had 1/4 c more flour.
