Seven Layer Taco Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2012
Family loved this. made this for dinner one evening. The only thing i did differently was i used 1/2 the pkg of taco seasoning in the sour cream mixture. I cooked 1/2 pound ground beef with the other half of taco seasoning then added the refried beans to the meat mixture. Bottom meat and bean layer is warm then you layer with the other ingredients as noted. Came out very good. Going to make this again for Super Bowl Sunday :D

Mile-High Peanut Butter-Brownie Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2012
This is a Great recipe. I did alter the ingredients some as I did not have all the ingredients or right amounts. Some cooks said the brownie bottom was to thick. So i had 2 frozen ready made pie crusts i poured 1 box of preped brownie mix into both crusts evenly cooked as specified and cooled. I used 2 containers of whipped topping and only 1 package of cream cheese. 1 cup of the sugar and 1 cup of peanut butter. I did not add the nuts or candied chips. I had Mini Peanut butter cups and chopped them up and topped off the pies. It came out great. The different layers make for a great tasting pie. Thanks for posting :D

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2011
We LOVE these cookies!! Very easy and Makes a large batch. I used my mini silicone cupcake pans. After i put the candy cups on the inside of the cooked cookie i put the whole tray in the freezer for about 5-10 minutes. They set faster and you don't have to leave the cookies in the tray and wait before you make more. Yummy Recipe!

These cupcakes are wonderful. My kids loved them, moist and lots of flavor. I made a cream cheese frosting and a chocolate fudge frosting. The raspberries give this cupcake a great flavor along with the chocolate. quick tip for frosting... I used my electric cookie press and the decorating was done in no time! :D

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2006
I made these cookies over 2 years ago I lost the recipe and have been searching high and low for it. I could not find the right search words to find it in the search engine and finally drum roll I found it. I made this recipe so many times for birthdays and for the holiday season everyone who took a bite loved the cookies, even picky kids who donot like sweet stuff loved these cookies. They are big and soft just great!! If the dough is to runny and sticky I just add a tiny bit of flour to the mix stir and drop the dough on the pan. As soon as they are finished cooling put them in a jar with a few pieces of sliced bread. Change the bread every few days the old bread will become stale and dry. The bread keeps the cookies soft you can do this with mostly all cookies. That will solve the stale cookie problem. Put 2 or 3 in because these cookies are big and thick. I am so Happy I found it.You have to try them.
