This is the best Key Lime Pie I have ever made and one of the easiest. I followed the recipe with the exception of squeezing the limes. Instead I used Mott's "RealLime" juice. I did buy one lime so I could get the zest and used a couple of slices for decoration with real whipping cream. Another use for this recipe is for parfaits. Just make the filling in a pie pan without the crust and bake as normal. When the filling is cooled, layer in glasses with graham cracker crumbs, whipping cream and filling. I took them to a potluck in clear plastic cups and they were the hit of the party!
