This is cheap version of Steak Dianne and for the time required to tenderize the meat, I'd rather eat the cost of the tenderloin. Not to mention that, as per the directions, the sauce became lumpy from the flour. You'd be better off removing the beef from the juice, adding the flour and making sure your gravy isn't lumpy than following the directions as is. There was also the problem of the gravy being flavourless despite the addition of Worcester sauce, fresh minced garlic and fresh, sautéed mushrooms.
