Scottish Shortbread III

This is a very good shortbread recipe! I followed the directions exactly this time, next time I will add some vanilla and a little more sugar to it.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I love this recipe!!! I have made it twice and my family eats it up every time. The only thing that I do different is make a sauce using the brown sugar, 1/2 ketchup, and 1/2 BBQ sauce, and put some on the bottom and on the top once it is out of the oven. It is very delicious and even the most pickiest of eaters gobble this up ! Thanks for such a wonderful recipe!!!
