Peach Muffins

Made these recently for a pot luck play date and they were a big hit with everyone ages 20 months - 37! I switched applesauce for oil but that is only because I was out of oil! Excellent and will make again for sure!

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

With a little modification to the sauce because I was out of some things and had more of another, I followed the recipe as is and let's just say that this made my husbands night! He ate 3 pounds just by himself... Or at least that is what it seemed! Thank you for a great recipe! Can't wait for baby back ribs to go on sale again!!!!

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker
