Great recipe! I had recently purchased vosges chocolate bars and wanted to put them into cookies...this was the recipe for those bars! Instead of 2 cups of chocolate chips, I used 1 cup shaved coconut with the Vosges Naga chocolate bar(makes one cup of chocolate bits).
So easy, chewy and so delicious!
I am on my second bar of Vosges Chocolate and going to make another batch! My colleagues at the Museum couldn't get enough...I'm making more for a work party!
