Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Soooo GOOD! I did make slight changes - Instead of all-purpose flour, I used whole wheat flour and you couldn't tell! I also baked them. I had pretty large wings, so it took about 50 minutes. Once they were in the oven (300 degrees Fahrenheit), I turned them after 20 minutes of baking. Then turned them again after another 20 minutes but sprayed them with Pam this time. Then, I baked them another 5 minutes on 400 degrees Fahrenheit, took them out of the oven, turned them, sprayed with Pam, and then baked that side for 5 minutes as well. Very crispy and delicious!

Whole Grain Healthy Banana Bread

I made this last night and it turned out wonderful! However I did make some changes. Instead of splenda, I used 1/2 cup agave nectar. I also used the egg whites of one egg so I probably used more than the recommended 2 teaspoons. I also added 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon extract, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and a sprinkle of nutmeg! AMAZING!
