Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2014
Came out perfectly! I omitted the mustard because none of my kids care for it. But I did work around the recipe a bit. I cooked some angel hair pasta (el dente) and placed it in the bottom of the dish. Added the thawed out shrimp and butter garlic mixture with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Broiled it till a bit crispy after it baked. And Yummo! A whole dinner in one dish! Super tasty! Pasta continues to bake with the juices from the shrimp.

Japanese Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2014
Took another reviewers advice and baked them! After they were done baking it posed them in a bowl with the sauce, made sure I coated all of them. Let them sit for 5 minutes then back in the oven at 450 for 10 minutes. (I had cooked them at 400 for 40 min before). And not oh boy! Kids and hubby loved them! Now they're called the chicken n' waffles wings! Just enough breaking for the waffles and almost a maple flavor! Yummo!!

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2014
Hooked on this chicken! Kids love it. Husband loved it. What more could I ask for?? It's easy, simple and full if flavor! I usually make a side of basmati rice and naan bread to soak up all the lovely sauce and juices. Must try it! Believe me. It's worth it!

Pasta with Yogurt Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2010
Being Lebanese, I grew up with this dish, one of my favorties, especially during the summer. We do it with alittle twist though (which is typical for Beirut). Toss the hot pasta with the melted butter and coat well (be generous). Then add the mix of yogurt, garlic paste (which includes the salt) and crushed dry mint (per your taste). It has to be dry to add super flavour!! The yogurt is fine cold, it will warm up with the hot pasta... enjoy!!!

Cream Puffs

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2003
Well.. all the reviews say its amazing! I'm a good cook but I have no idea what happened. Very disappointed. The puffs turned into mush, they never did puff or dry, instead they fried in the oven. WHAT WENT WRONG?!?! HELP!
