Dirt Cake III

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2011
This recipe came out tasting better then I expected. I was addicted at first taste. I just thought with nothing solid to chew it wouldn't be good to eat but I was wrong. This is a great desert and easy to make

Bacon Mushroom Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2014
Delicious recipe. The flavor is wonderful. I followed the recipe but the only thing I did different is add cornstarch to the sauce because no matter how much I whipped the heavy cream with the juice, it didn't get thick. Other than that I am happy. I would make this again.

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake I

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2013
I made this for my sister so I haven't tried it but this recipe is great! It is so easy to make. I followed it exactly and it came out great. There is one crack in the top but it doesn't matter, it's just gonna be eaten. It's not like I am gonna enter it into a contest. It looks delicious!! I know it's gotta taste great. I didn't have a problem with the chocolate chips sinking because they are the mini ones and since the batter is thicker than some of the other cheesecakes, they hold in the batter well. I am very please with this recipe. Thank you.

Chocolate Turtles® Cheesecake I

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2013
Delicious Cheesecake. I used graham cracker crumbs instead of cookie but I would not recommend using 2 tablespoons of melted butter. That had to be wrong. I used that with 2 cups of crumbs and it wasn't enough to bond the crust. The crust falls apart while you are cutting it. Especially with that layer of caramel between the cheese part and crust, you have to have a stronger crust because the caramel makes it even harder to cut through. I think 1/4 cup of melted butter is needed. Other than that I did exactly what the recipe called for including bake times and it came out wonderful. The cheesecake batter was much thicker this time but it baked up so smooth. I am very pleased. Great creamy flavor.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2013
This is a great recipe. I followed the directions exactly and it is delicious! It's easy to make. This was my first attempt at making a cheesecake. For my first, it came out pretty good but I have a lot to learn. I didn't spray the whole spring form pan like I should have so it stuck on the sides. I need to adjust my baking times as well. But over all I am happy.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2013
This recipe was delicious! My mom was so impressed with it. It also warms up well for leftovers. I followed the recipe exactly and it came out great. I didn't have any trouble with the bake time either. The chicken breasts were done according to the time it said at the temperature it called for. I will make this again.

Red, White and Blue Strawberry Shortcake

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2013
I loved making this because it was easy to decorate. Instead of using cool whip for the frosting I used butter cream because I am not fond of cool whip for a frosting on cakes. It's a very festive idea for when your feeling patriotic or for a special occasion like today which is the 4th of July. I made this for a party.

Kitty Litter Cake

This cake was a big hit at my Halloween Party. I didn't use the litter pan or pooper scooper because that was to gross but I followed the recipe just like it said and everyone loved the taste.

This recipe is wonderful. I especially love the green chile's with the tomatoes. It makes for a little spice with the dish. I followed the recipe exactly. The Velveeta cheese gets so creamy with the cream of mushroom soup. Thanks for the great recipe.

Florentine Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2012
This was a delicious meal. My boyfriend liked it as well. I did use Alfredo sauce instead of the spaghetti mainly because we just ate spaghetti the other night. I also mixed some ricotta cheese in with the spinach mixture to help pack it together and because I wanted to use it up. Other than that, I followed the recipe. I backed the breast for an hour because these were large split breasts. One of the breasts was still not done so use your judgement but I am glad I took the advice from other reviews to bake them longer. 35 minutes is just not long enough.

Apple Crisp I

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2012
This was an excellent dessert to make. It was so tasty. Usually I don't care to much for some apple desserts but I had left over apples that were on the verge of wrinkling so I decided to make this. I am glad I did and would make it again. I followed the recipe exactly but I did sprinkle cinnamon on top because what is an apple dessert without cinnamon.

Banana Chocolate Chip Cake

Reviewed: May 9, 2014
This is a good recipe. I read reviews and decided to use vanilla in the batter and I had some white chocolate chips that I used with the semi sweet. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly and didn't double it at all but I used an 8 by 8 pan and with using that I got the cake to be thicker rather than thin. Using a 9 by 13 is guaranteed to give you thin cake unless you double. Doubling isn't necessary if you use a smaller pan. The bake time was right on at 35 minutes.
