I loved all of the suggestions.  Thanks! I thought about steak, beef tenderloin, lamb, and seafood.  As a former Seattle girl, I've decided to go with seafood.  I realize this is risky in the midwest, especially since I don't like fresh water fish.  But, I'm heading to a place where salt water… MORE
