Peanut Butter Fudge IV
Tried this because of the reviews. Lost my recipe. Doubled it as I needed it for a bake sale. Put it in the fridge overnight because after an hour it wasn't setting. Big gooey mess when I tried to divide it up into bags for sale. Luckily I had some mini loaf liners to put it on or I would have chucked the whole thing. Will probably have to buy it back. Will look harder to find my original.

Apple Delight
My Mom made this alot back in the 70's. She never melted the butter. She would cut thin pats and lay over the top. Covered evenly as it melted. Very seldom were there any dry spots. It is very rich but so very good.

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole
If I could give this 10 stars I would. I just made a double batch of this(have two events tomorrow involving food). Used Ore-Ida o'brian hashbrowns. Was so good I was actually eating it raw. Can't wait to try a few variations. Using sausage or keilbasa in place of ham. Want to try Italian sausage and mix seasoned bread crumbs in with the parm. AMMMMAZING!
