Creamy Coconut Cake

This was the best cake I have ever made. The first time I made it with everything they say. The second time I used a yellow cake and I left out the sweetened condensed milk because the cake was just too sweet the first time. I also didn't used Cool Whip because I don't like it very much and would rather have real whipped cream. I used the recipe for sturdy whipped cream from this site its sorta like a cream cheese frosting and whipped cream but it's perfect for this cake. I also put toasted coconut and not toasted on top. Such a good cake. This works alright for cupcakes too but the bottom gets sticky I just put a teaspoon at a time and spred it on top

Stuffed Shells III

When I made this I doubled the recipe and the store we were shopping at had a 48oz ricotta and we didn't want to spend a ton more money to get to the amount we needed so we used 16oz of cottage cheese and it was fantastic. I like using a mix of cottage and ricotta in these and a manicotti recipe that we have. I'd recommend trying with 24oz ricotta and 8oz cottage. I also added some oregano, garlic, chopped onion, and a little basil (all dried).

Pecan Pie V

I made this for thanksgiving and doubled the recipe. I doubled it on the site then when I was measuring out the white sugar I doubled it again (1/4 to 1/2 then 1/2 to 1 cup) so for 2 pies I put 1 cup of white sugar and when I realized it I had already mixed the white and brown together and didn't want to waste it. Anyways, the pies came out fine.

Extreme Chocolate Cake

This cake was so moist and it tasted great! I had to use maybe a tablespoon of butter because I ran out of oil and needed a little bit more to make it to a half cup. I also ran out of vanilla at a teaspoon but it was fine. I also used a half cup of coffee and a half cup of water. I'm sure the cake would've been just as great made exactly as the recipe states (I hate the reviews that say I changed this and that and did this and it sucked haha.) I topped it with flour frosting and used a little cherry extract(because of the whole running out of vanilla problem) and it was great.
