Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2011
Easy to make and so good! I added hot sauce to my bowl for added taste but my family loved theirs just the way it came out of the slow cooker. The tortilla strips and shredded cheese added the finishing touch. Even my boyfriend said it was very good and he is incredibly hard to cook for because he doesn't like ANYTHING. Will definitely be making this soup again.

Easy recipe for a delicious soup. Even my super picky boyfriend loved it and asked for seconds. Will definitely make this recipe again.

Red Velvet Cupcakes

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2011
These cupcakes were delicious and moist. The pudding added to the recipe. I also used strong, brewed coffee instead of place of water. For the frosting, I mixed the store-bought "cream cheese" frosting (which is too sweet) with real cream cheese. It was wonderful!

Campbell's® Healthy Request® Chicken and Pasta Primavera

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2012
I made this recipe for dinner tonight and I thought it was too bland. Almost no flavor at all. I ended up sprinkling it with crushed peppers and parmesan cheese to make it edible. My fiance tasted it but did not want to eat it. My son was the only one who asked seconds (but he will usually eat anything he doesn't have to prepare himself.) This was not awful, just not good. I will probably not make it again.

Buffalo Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2012
This soup was delicious! It was also quick and easy to make. I followed all the instructions except that I had no bouillon so I used chicken broth instead. I used 2 cups of broth and one cup of water. I also used 1/2 cup of creamed tomato soup and 1/3 cup of buffalo wing sauce. I topped it off with crumbled bleu cheese. A hearty meal in a toasty bread bowl for a chilly evening.

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2012
My family did not like this recipe. The beef patties were good but the sauce tasted like it came right from a can. I don't mind using ingredients from a can as long as it does not taste like it. My 18 year old son (who is NOT a picky eater and will eat almost anything) said the sauce was "gross." My fiance drowned it in A1 and said it was edible. I might use the recipe for the patties again but definitely not the sauce.

Horseradish Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2012
Incredibly easy to make and delicious! However, there is absolutely no reason to bake these for 45 minutes. I baked them at 450 degrees for 30 minutes and they were tender and juicy.
