Louisiana Sweet Potato Pancakes
Thank you for this recipe! It was super easy and tasty. And, the pancakes were not heavy gut bombs, so that was extra nice.

Dilly Ham and Eggs
Great and easy recipe! I cut it in half and it still came out great. Makes a lovely, fluffy egg dish. Not heavy, doesn't sit in your tummy like some egg/cheese dishes.

Mom's Meat Loaf
This was a tasty recipe, though I will cut the milk in half next time because it came out too runny. I took another reviewer's advice and added mustard and a bit of vinegar to the glaze because it seemed too sweet. Otherwise, very simple and good. Went over well with the family.
