Really the best. I just used self rising flour and cut out the baking soda. Let eggs, and butter come to room temperature and don't forget to turn oven to 325 not the standard 350. Comes out perfect for me every time at exactly 16min on the dot. I actually have 1 less ingredient too by using the self rising flour. Sooo easy to make and I keep batter in freezer for when I want to cook up a fresh batch for a snack.
