Best Fried Walleye
This is more or less "exactly" how its supposed to be done! It can be difficult (at best!) to get it all down on a single piece of notes would be to let the coatings set for a bit, that they adhere that much better....and I would be using lard, as opposed oil, but that's just me, but everything else in this recipe is fully correct!

Irish Steaks
Irish beef is superb, of course. Letting it flame up a bit to crisp/sear is another technique, but there's almost everything right, and certainly nothing wrong with this recipe! Easy to see why it is featured!

Bloody Mary Cocktail
Very like the Cdn Bloody Caesar, using clamato juice in liue of tomato juice. No worchestshire sauce for me, but thats a personal preferance. Would like a "spear" across the top of this, with a couple steamed shrimp, choritzo or garlic sausage, pickled onion, cherry tomato, or sliced pepper to bring it up to speed. Noteably missing a celery salt component, let along the lemon juice/celery salt dusted rimming... Getting "really" picky, I'd favour Frank's hot sauce over Tobasco (McInerny type) as the latter is sort of sour/vinegary.. Sadly this thing just blows your sodium control out of the water...where I love my caesars, I only get one every once in a while, and so get sort of "picky" about how good they have to be...
