Herbed Turkey Breast

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2003
This was great!! Easy and good. I added little cloves of garlic in the turkey itself which gave it just a little more zing!!

Feta Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2004
I followed some of the other reviews and cut down on the onions (I used only about 4 onions) and the dill weed (I used 3 teaspoons) and I put more feta chesse than the 4 oz. This turned out great!!! My husband gave me a yucky look when I said feta ball but with everything else the feta is not overwhelming at all. Great blend of cheeses and garlic that makes it great.

Cilantro Cucumber Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2004
Great light dish!!! I put sliced tomatoes and pieces of sliced fresh mozzarella cheese on a plate and then put this cucumber salad on top. It was awesome!! Next time I'll slice red onions for the top. Reminded me of an italian ensalata capresse (I hope I spelled that right).

Frosted Pecan Bites

These were terrific. I may try brown sugar next time just to see if it adds alittle more flavor

Easter Leftovers Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2003
I used everyone's advice and cut down on the potatoes. I used 9 and it was still too many. I would recommend using 7 potatoes. I also added brocolli which was great and a pinch of celery salt to spice it up!!! Great, easy dish

Deviled Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2003
This was very good and quick. The directions sounded time consuming but it was very easy. I did not have any savory so I used thyme instead and it was excellent. My husband loved it also.

Baked Spinach

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2003
This made a great light dish. I cut down on the spinach and added chicken so I could use it as a main dish but I know it would be great without chicken as a side dish. It's great for a late night dinner when you don't want to eat something too heavy but are still pretty hungry.

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2004
This is a great way to do chicken breasts if you're looking for something quick. It literally took me just minutes to throw these ingredients together and then dip the chicken in them. I used every else's ideas and added Italian seasoning and some garlic powder to the bread crumb mixture. Defiantly a Keeper !! Thanks

I'm not a big ham person but really did like this. I did add more cheese than the recipe calls for and it was great!!

Thanksgiving Leftover Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2004
This was easy to make and pretty good but I agree with everyone else that it was a little bland. My husband didn't care for all the mashed potatoes on top, he suggested less potatoes and more stuffing on top. Probably could use some more flavoring also. I will give this another try and just add some stuff next time.

Chocolate Cream Pie II

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2005
This tasted good but the pie did not set, Needs more corn starch. I'll try it again with more starch and a little less milk to see if that works

Cheddar Bacon Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2004
Sorry but this just was not good at all. The ingredients didn't seem to blend well together it tasted just like bacon with some cheese on it. Not sure what else to do with it to doll it up.
