You can't go wrong with this recipe. These are perfect bite size cheesecakes if you use the tassie pans, but you can also use regular cupcake pans with mini liners (they just come out a little thinner). Personally I prefer the smaller pans.
I've made this recipe over 5 times and it never goes wrong, everyone who's tried it keeps telling me to make more. I top it with raspberry pie filling instead, and use graham cracker crumbs for the crust or oreo crumbs =) Delicious.
