Mexican Zucchini Cheese Soup

I ended up using more onion therefore more broth. 16oz of the Velveeta Cheese and added 1 can of mild Rotel tomatoes. I like spicy but used mild ingredients and did not add pepper (my husband was having stomach problems)...I still liked it. The next time I'll use 1 can of medium Rotel tomatoes to spice it up for me:)

Southern Banana Pudding

My family LOVED this dish so much that not everyone got a serving. The only thing I did different was make my own fresh whipping creme and add a few pecans on top.

Hungarian Mushroom Soup

Be sure to use Hungarian Paprika...it has a stronger flavor than regular paprika. You can substitute some of the water with broth but not needed.

Blend of the Bayou

I followed some other suggestions about reducing the amount of cream cheese and used butter drizzled crackers instead of Cheddar Cheese. I added some finely chopped broccoli, fresh mushrooms and chopped seeded jalapenos instead of bell pepper. Also, I sprinkled a little Cajun seasoning on the veggies while I was sauteing them. The cream of mushroom soup I used had garlic it in. It was delicious and I can't wait to try it with shrimp and crab next time.
