I stuffed it with apples, used salt, pepper & garlic brine and added orange and lemon juice to the water overnight. I also used twice the wine that was called for. After I covered it with the melted butter, I sprinkled garlic and parsley over it. This was so moist and tender that it was falling off of the bones. Great turkey! I will use this every year.
