Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2009
This was outstanding! And quick enough for a weeknight meal. Had our mouths watering before we even tasted it, a keeper for sure! I reduced the cayenne pepper to 1/2 tsp so that the heat would not be over-powering and used h/h instead of cream. Delicious!

Party Pinwheels

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2009
These were delicious! Made them for our Christmas Eve party, and people were grabbing them as soon as they hit the platter. Served them with picante sauce, but were good on their own as well. I will be making these again!

Cappuccino Cooler

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2008
Made these at the request of my young son, WOW! These are delicious, and was everything we were looking for. They were thick, rich, creamy and chocolately. Added some espresso powder for a bit stronger coffee flavor. We topped them off with extra creamy Redi-Whip and drizzled some more chocolate syrup over that. May try including the ice in the blender next time to get that slush effect, other than that, wouldn't change anything.

This sauce is AWESOME! My family requests it often, we usually have it with white tortilla chips and munch on it during the weekend. This one has a permanent place on my "keeper" list.

This recipe was excellent! I made the recipe as given, added some minced garlic into the meat. I did put the sauce on top of the meatloaf and it turned out well. Will be making this one again, thanks!

Red Skinned Potato Salad

Reviewed: May 30, 2006
This is the potato salad recipe I've been searching for! FANTASTIC and a keeper for sure! I used 1 cup low-fat mayonaise about 1/2 cup buttermilk ranch dressing to give it some kick as previous users suggested and added just a bit of spicy brown mustard. Thanks for a great recipe!

White Chili II

Reviewed: May 3, 2006
A friend told me about this recipe. My family really enjoyed this chili. I doubled the recipe. We topped it with Jalapeno Jack the first time and then had it the next day with some brown rice. Very tasty, even better the next day. This recipe will be made often, even my children liked it. Thanks!

Glazed Meatloaf I

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2006
The glaze really makes this meatloaf, I doubled the glaze recipe as well. I thought the meatloaf itself was a bit bland and was missing something.

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2005
My 12 year old daughter made these all by herself, and used the seeds from our Halloween pumpkin. She added some sugar and cinnamon as another person suggested, and they are delicious. We all keep coming back for more! Thanks for a great recipe.

This pie is AWESOME! And very quick and easy to make. I used graham cracker crusts and left out the pecans and it was still great! I took to a family pool party and everyone loved it. Will make again for sure.

Easy Tiramisu

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2001
This tiramisu was very authentic to be so quick. I used an 8x8 pan as the recipe stated but the recipe did not even fill the pan to the top (only about half way). I would double the recipe in the future and be careful when dipping the cookies in the coffee, mine turned out soggy. I also grated a Hershey's chocolate bar to go on top instead of cocoa.

Creamy Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2000
I dind't care for this buttercream. It was more like whipped butter than frosting. I even added much more powdered sugar and it was still bearly sweet.
