Made this this morning with poached eggs for Christmas breakfast and it was soooo simple!
I did make it without the dijon, which was an accident, not intentional - I wrote the recipe down in a hurry instead of printing it out, and only just now discovered I omitted the mustard! But even without it was wonderful. I nuked the stick of butter for one minute in microwave in a 2 cup Pyrex glass measuring cup, then drizzled it slowly into a tall glass vessel holding the other ingredients, and used an immersion blender for whipping. I think in total this took me about 3 minutes to make! No difference in taste/texture for me from 'traditional' method. Fantastic tasting, super easy to make/clean up from, recipe is definitely a keeper!
