Grilled Cheese and Peanut Butter Sandwich

This actually is a great tasting sandwich. My kids and I love it BUT we don't ever use cheddar cheese. We always use american. I think for some of those who didn't like it, that might have made a difference. The cheddar is too harsh for this to me. Sliced american blends much better.

Gera's Amish Funny Cake

We love this pie/cake! It's so easy my 11 year old makes it for us. You just have to be careful putting the chocolate layer on. That's the trick to getting it to set up right. But it is tasty, and we love that we usually have all the ingredients without having to go to the store. YUMMMMY
