Panna Cotta

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2012
Great dessert. I add strawberry sauce to it. I use about 200 grams of strawberry, mix with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Put them to an electrical blender. The excellent fresh sauce comes out in seconds. It is such a tasteful and beautiful dessert. I really love it.

Panna Cotta With Fresh Strawberry Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2012
The dessert is really great and yummy. I follow the ingredient for pudding. For the strawberry sauce, I make it much simpler. I use about 200 grams of strawberry, mix with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Put them to an electrical blender. The excellent fresh sauce comes out in seconds.

Banana Crumb Muffins

It is perfect, the sour cream is really the key of success. I tried with fresh milk substitute too. The taste is satisfactory but the texture is not as good as that made with sour cream.

Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2012
It is so easy and tasteful. I have done it again and again because it tastes so good. Now, I have tried to add fresh corn to it. I use whole corn cob, boil it for 10 minutes. Then cut the corn kernels out and mix the corn into the mashed potato. Instead of putting the bacon on top, I also mix half of the bacon into the mashed potato and put the remaining on the surface as the recipe instruct to. It comes out even more tasteful, with the bacon and corn mixed with the potato. And it is delightful with some chewy corn in it too.

Herbed Beef Tenderloin

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2012
It is marvellous, I tried it for the first time and made a very delicious meal. It is so easy. One remark I want to make, I do not use salt. I just use herbs and black pepper is so perfect to bring out the beef taste. And I reduce the oven temperature to 400F after 10 mins.
