Best Black Beans

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2012
It was pretty good, but WAY too much cilantro and way too much garlic. U need to double the amount of black beans and 1/3 of the cilantro and garlic it calls for.

WONDERFUL!! This dish tastes of great flavor and spicyness. I made it for my Mom and Nana thay both loved it and so did I. I used about 1/2 tbs of the cayenne pepper, was plenty, very spicy and great! Thank u for the recipe.

Barlow's Blackened Catfish

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2012
I love spicy food and this is wonderful. Great spicy flavor to it. The only thing I would suggest is using 1/2 of what it calls for on the Itailan dressing or just omiting it all together.

This was some of the best chicken I have ever ate. It was wonderful! I cut the chicken breast into small peices and let it marinate for about 4 hours and had some onions with it. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed it. Thank u for the recipe.

Salsa Chicken

Great ingredients mixture, tasted great! 1 cup of salsa is too much for me so next time I make it I will use 1/2 cup of salsa.

Fantastic Black Bean Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2011
I cooked the dish and had it for dinner as soon as it cooked for the 1 hour 30 minutes, I thought the red wine vinager was too overpowering then. I warmed it up the next day for lunch and it was wonderful! I think it must be one of those soups that are better to cook them and wait to they are cooled down then put them in the refridgerator all night and they are much better the next day. Will be making this recioe again.
