Bubble Pizza

I liked this recipe very much, especially when eaten fresh out of the oven. Very easy and versatile. Any number of toppings will make it to suit anyones taste. thanks for the good recipe.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

My grandaughters, grandson, and I have had a blast making and decorating these cookies. This dough is very easy to work with. Has made me want to go out and buy new cookie cutters, and sprinkles! Something for every occasion.

Chicken Tequila Fettuccini

Mom's Stovetop Pork Ribs

The second time I made these ribs, I used country style ribs, and when they were done, I smothered them with Bourbon Whiskey BBQ sauce from this site, and heated them through in the oven. They were so good.

Limoncello

this drink is so incredibly sweet. Is there a mixture that anyone has tried to cut the sweetness? A drink made with the Limoncello as a base? As I have three bottles of it in the freezer, I would like to be able to use it. Thanks in advance for any help.

Baked Pork Spring Rolls

I do prefer the deepfried. The flavor was good, but the texture so crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. I had trouble biting through the roll without it shattering. I followed the advice of others who sprayed and turned them in 10 minutes. Maybe my oven is cooking too hot.

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Garlic Mayo

The only thing I changed was red and green peppers, instead of just the green. Also added fresh mushrooms. This recipe was very good. The bun was crispy and the filling juicy and tender.

City Chicken

This is a very good recipe. The meat is so tender and flavorful. I too, did not skewer the meat, just cubed and rolled into the flour so it could take on as much as possible. Then followed the rest of the recipe. All I have cooked it for, have loved it.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Very good recipe. Gave it to a young friend, that doesn't do much cooking, and she became an instant chef! Her family loved it. This Chicken has never turned out any way but excellent. I always do two chickens. Usually give one away to friends, and keep one for ourselves. Is time consuming, in the fact that I have to plan ahead, but so worth the effort. I usually start thinking about this recipe three days ahead, if my chicken is frozen. I like to marinade it at least 24 hours. That is why it takes so long for me to prepare.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

I made this dough up on Friday, and was able to make pizzas all weekend. The dough was a little sticky, but I just floured my hands and I was able to work with it. I Love the texture. I liked it best with the Way easy pizza sauce recipe on this site, although I also made it with the Exquisite pizza sauce also on this site.

Pretty Chicken Marinade

I put the chicken in this marinade this morning and cooked it this evening for my grandson. He loved it, and so did I. Used breast and thighs, boneless, skinless. When he tried the thigh, he was amazed at how juicy it was. I cooked it on the George Forman Grill for aprox. 8-10 minutes, till the thermometer read 180. It turned out very juicy and flavorful. Will make good sliced chicken for salad. Thanks for the recipe.

Lucky and Rippy's Favorite Dog Food

I have two dogs,one is quite finicky. I made this recipe using beef, as I had bought a beef last year, and I cannot eat it, too tough for me to chew. The smaller dog, the finicky one, loves this food. I am wondering how much he should have per day, and is he getting all the nutrients that he needs? I notice he has put on weight since I started feeding this to him. I am on a fixed income, so do not want to spend a lot of money on stuff from the vet to supplement. Does anyone have any advice for me?

French Baguettes

I just want to add to all the other reviewers, what a fantastic keeper this bread is. It stays soft and fresh, longer than any other bread I have made. I also baked two loaves, sliced them, and put them in the freezer for over two weeks. When I came home from vacation, I took one loaf out of the freezer, thawed it, and it was just as fresh as when it went in. Thanks so much for this recipe.

Jalapenos del Raton

I too, cooked the sausage, using Italian sweet sausage, which is what I had on hand, and mixed it with the cream cheese. I filled halves, and wrapped regular bacon around them. I put them on a rack, then baked them. I think they are excellent. I did find that the thinnest sliced bacon worked the best.

Meatloaf With A Bite

I liked the flavor of this meatloaf, but mine was a little loose. I should have added another egg or more crumbs. Next time hope it turns out firmer. Very good flavor, definitly worth a try. I used home canned salsa.
