am Dale, father of 2 boys,is one ma own and one is my step son. (could not ask for a better set of fine lads) in ma spare time (very rare lol) i used to love racing my motorcycles and enjoy trips on em as well. racing has been ma passion since i was a wee lad. i recently feel in love with cooking and get really excited to see others really enjoy ma cooking, makes me happy. ( who knew id be so good at it lol)
My favorite things to cook
pizza, really enjoy baking up some mean pies. bbq steaks, roast chickens and wings. i do enjoy cooking up lots of Italian as well.. cant really say there is a fav.. like working with lots of foods and challenges.

as a kid, baking at xmas with ma grandmother. she was a crackin baker letme tell yas
My cooking triumphs
Ma Egg Soufflé, home made lemon meringue and pumpkin pies, ma super crispy buffalo wings, ma lasagna, ma starbucks classic coffee cake
My cooking tragedies
had a few lol...its how we learn right?! lol.. the funniest one was.. had roast all ready to stick in oven, i turn and see this little fire. was straight under ma ramkin that i had placed in there earlier to roast ma garlic.. so am thinkin its the butter or grease from it thats caught fire lol.. was just the bloody element that was sparking and burning out lol.. was funny.. had to use neighbours oven so we could roast it still.. oh that sucked.

My-Hop Pancakes

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
made em again tonight...omg they are so bloody good.. fanks hot sauce and butter, then i dipped em in some home style hidden valley ranch dressing..oh so bloody good... num num num :)

Aw-some Cole Slaw
great slaw recipe. taste great, butjust a lil on the runny side. wish it would have had more girth to stick to the slaw
