This soup is really good and got really good reviews from everyone that ate it. I'll definitely make it again. I made the following changes to this recipe: added 1 can of pinto beans, 1/2 can of low-sodium chicken broth, two tablespoons of chopped jalapeno, 2 cloves of garlic, 4-5 drops of tapatio, pinch of salt & pepper and instead of taco seasoning, I used cumin and chili powder. I also served it with shredded cheese, chopped green onion and 5-layer bean dip. With the addition of these items, I would definitely give it a 5*.
