Pan-Seared Tilapia

I love this fish. This is a better method to grilling fish besides the normal way of grilling and I did not have to deep fry tilapia. This is a method between regular grilling and frying, and it came out great!! Thanks alot!!!

Coriander Salmon

WOOW!! This is great!! After taking the first bite of this salmon, I knew right then and there I was going to enjoy this salmon. It reminds me of salmon you would prepare at some restaurants. This is going to be one of my frequent dishes. I loved how spices taste well together and I ate this with peas and nishiki rice.

Fried Empanadas

This is good!! What inspire me to make this was when I was taking Spanish class and one of the students brought this dish to class for everyone to try. Since I tried this dish, I decided to go to this "recipe site" and look for a recipe for empanadas. Of all recipes for empanadas, I decided to try this one, because it came close to what I was looking for. The only thing different I did was instead of hard-cook eggs, I replaced it with chopped potatoes (peeled) and even add a little bit of cinnamon to give it that sweetness. I also like how raisins enhanced the flavor. Otherwise, this taste great and thank you very much!!

Coconut Lime Rice

I did not enjoy this rice, although I have to say this is my first time cooking basmati rice and using coconut oil in my food. It was too creamy for my taste. I rate it a three because I am not saying it is a bad dish, but unlike most people who enjoyed this dish, it is not my preferences.

Beef Egg Rolls

I decided to make these for dinner tonight and they came out great. Family members of mine used to make these alot when I was little and I decided to try them myself. I really enjoyed these, but I would probably eliminated the sherry next time(flavor is a bit strong) and add bean sprouts to my egg roll as a extra ingredient. Other than that, I appreciate you posting this recipe.

Mayonnaise Cookies

These are very good. I enjoyed the flavor of these cookies. This is a great way to make cookies without milk and eggs. The mayonnaise is a great substitution for both of these products.

Party Potatoes

Yummy!! This was good!! I like the rich flavor in these mashed potatoes. What makes it even better is preparing this dish using fresh potatoes instead of store brought. Fresh is always better. I don't know what else to say but- yummy yummy yummy!! Thank you very much. This is going to be something that I will make again in the future.

Cottage Mashed Potatoes

WOE!!! AWESOME MASHED POTATOES!! When I saw this recipe online, I decided to try it. This is a great way to make mashed potatoes besides the traditional way of preparing it. Never would have know or thought that I can make mash potatoes without using milk or water. Like previous comments, this would be great during the holiday seasons. Thank you very much!!

Fried Rice with Cilantro

I did not care too much for this rice. Although this is my first time cooking jasmine rice, I do not like the fish sauce flavor added into this rice. The reason I rate this a three is because even after adding some honey in rice to enhance the flavor, I still did not like it that much. This is not the best fried rice I've eaten. Thanks anyway for posting this recipe on site.

Southwestern Rice

I enjoyed the flavor of this rice. This is a great way to make rice!! Awesome recipe!! I thought it was better than the store brought brands of rice . The only thing different I did was, because I don't care for the veggies, I add a few tablespoons of tomatoe paste in place of diced tomatoes, used dry onions in place of fresh onions and only poured the green chile juice in rice (did not add whole chilies). I also added red pepper flakes instead of green peppers. I still used the frozen corn and black beans like this recipe card suggested. Everything else stayed the same. Other than that I enjoyed this rice. Thanks!!

Continental Rice

Excellent way to cook rice!! I really enjoyed this dish!! This dish is considered a meal by itself, but would go great with fried chicken or barbecue chicken. This is another way to season your rice without using salt. Thank you very much!! Great job!!

Vietnamese Iced Coffee

Delicious Vietnamese coffee. This is the first time I ever add sweet condensed milk to my coffee and the coffee came out great!! I like the fact that you do not have to add sugar to this coffee to sweeten it. This is another substitution for sugar and creamer. I rated this a four because I had to add a bit more condense milk then the recipe required to sweeten it to my preferences. Thank you very much and my options are opened.

Rice Noodles with Shiitakes, Choy, and Chiles

This was great!! I felt like I was in Korea for a moment. This is a great pasta dish and would go well with kimchee. Just eating the pasta reminded me of the time I was station in Korea and would go all over the country trying this dish!! Thank very much and I am looking forward to making this dish again!!

Pesto Pasta

Wow!! Delicious!! I really enjoyed this pasta. Pasta noodles would go well with grilled salmon or grilled shrimp. I love the flavoring of the pesto pasta, but although it is a great dish, I could not eat it by itself. It would make a great scampi. Overall good job and thank you very much!!!

Greek Pasta Salad I

I thought pasta salad was too tingy for my taste. I rate this three stars because I had to add salt to ingredients to take away from the tingy taste, because I am not use to red wine vinegar in pasta salad. The next time I make this, I am going to halfen the amount of red wine vinegar. Overall, it is sight appealing, but can use some improvements flavor wide.

Hungarian Noodle Side Dish

Terrific!! Something New!! This is my first time preparing a Hungarian dish and the pasta was great. Next time I prepare this dish, I am going to add tuna or chicken to the pasta, since this is a dish you can add meat to. I really enjoyed this pasta dish and it is a meal in it self. Greek Honey Cake

WOE!! Great cake!! I love how the honey syrup is soak into this cake. I was excited about learning how to prepare a Greek dish. It almost reminds me of a banana nut bread, but alot more enhanced. At first I thought it was too sweet, but when I allow the syrup to soak long enough in the cake, I begined to enjoy it alot more. Looking forward to making it for family and friend in the future. Thanks alot!!

Beef Barley Vegetable Soup

Great Soup!! I really enjoyed flavor of soup. I could not find beef bouillion at the store, so instead I replace with beef base powder and also used thinner meat to cook and it only took an hour to cook and boil in soup. Overall great recipe!! Thank you very much!!
