American Breakfast Casserole
Loved it! Made it today and it got rave reviews. I will say that we cooked it for about 10-15 minutes more than stated because it didn't seem to be setting. It was perfect and I will definitely be making this again.

World's Best Lasagna
Fantastic!!! Made this last week for my family and they loved it. It was really not anymore difficult to make than other lasagnas if you are used to making your own sauce. In fact, I think the sauce recipe may be my new favorite. The only change I made was to use whole grain lasagna noodles which were delicious. This will definitely be my "go to" lasagna recipe from now on! Oh, and even better the next day!!

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce
Just made this for dinner tonight! It was so easy and so delicious. The only change I made was to cook in a skillet as others had suggested and I used low fat mayo and low fat sour cream for the sauce. Served along side green beans and it was a perfect meal. Will definitely be making this again!
