Peanut Sauce II

Reviewed: May 3, 2012
This was so tasty and easy to make! Love it with shrimp over brown rice. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil, and I bought crunchy peanut butter. Came out awesome.

White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2012
I love this recipe!!! You are so right they are the disappearing cookies. I've made batches of these using this recipe several times and brought them into work, and POOF! They disapear. Everyone loves these. One batch I made white chocolate chips with Heath Bar bits, and another time I made them with white chocolate chips and craisins. Both were incredibly delicious. They come out perfect, like you bought them at a high end bakery and I receive so many compliments / people asking for the recipe. Right on!!!

Guinataan Hito (Catfish)

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2012
This recipe is awesome. I added minced ginger and seeded & finely chopped jalepeno peppers. When served, added some avocado slices to the plate and it was fantastic. This is so much like one of my favorite Thai dishes I used to order. Fast and easy, too!

Banana Apple Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2012
I have to add my review with the others and say that the temp in the directions is waaaay too low and the baking time way too short. Some instructions on how to mix the dry and wet mix would have been helpful too. You want to stir those together so that you don't end up with walnuts in the bottom of your pan. This took an eternity to bake for me-- even longer than 55 min covered and 20 uncovered. I baked this thing at 40 minutes uncovered after checking it at 10 minute intervals before it finally turned from a soupy mess into bread. It does smell incredible and tastes wonderful when you are finally done, though.
