Putting chicken coated in flour on the barbeque and it sent flames several feet in the air. It was black on the outside and raw on the inside. My loving husband ate it and told me it was delicious!

Tuna Italiano
I made this tonight and think I had a little too much pasta. In any case, it was good. I used tuna in water rather than oil. I wanted color so I added a jar of pimento. I love parsley so added a bunch of dried. Here's the kicker, I didn't have parmesian or romano! So I buttered the noodles and added celery salt. I thought about pouring a little Italian dressing in there but didn't. I'll make it again though, that's for sure.

Vegan Agave Cornbread Muffins
My husband and I are not vegan but this recipe looked good so I made it with a pot of beans. Delicious! I don't like soy milk so used regular and all I couldn't find whole wheat pastry flour so used whole grain pastry flour. Not sure there was any flavor or baking difference. I poured the batter into 12 cups instead of six and baked them a shorter time. These were just so moist and yummy!

Terry's Texas Pinto Beans
This was so good. My husband ate 3 bowls of it! I made it brothy and used chili powder since I didn't have any cumin. The flavor was so good! I also put in quite a bit more diced fresh garlic since I was using elephant garlic and it doesn't pack as much punch. I made the Vegan Cornbread (this website) to go with it. We're not vegan but the recipe looked good and it sure was!
