Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2012
Absolutely wonderful! I added the black beans as others had suggested and made my own taco seasoning. Tonight was a trial run, teenagers are having a party this weekend. I got 2 thumbs up to serve it to their friends. That makes it better than 5 stars!!!

Fabulous Beef Tenderloin

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2011
Very quick and easy, but the sauce over powers the taste of the meat. All I could taste was the soy sauce. However; the men in the family liked it.

Microwave Potato Chips

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2011
Good Grief!!! How easy could that be? I too used a sprayed plate and my potato peeler. Four minutes later I had chips! Wow. Thanks for sharing!

Peppermint Meringues

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2011
These were pretty good, but not what I had expected. I followed the recipe, but they just didn't taste the way I thought they would. They were pretty, but seemed to lack something. I may try them again, and do as some of the reviews suggested by adding flavor to the meringue rather than relying on the candy cane. Thanks for sharing.

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2011
How can something this easy, be so good? I made this recipe today as an appetizer for our Christmas dinner. I have two teenaged boys that would have rather eaten these than the planned meal. I used the zip-lock idea I read in one of the reviews, and it may have taken a bit longer, but the result was perfect! Thanks for sharing!

Never Enough Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2011
I made this today as a last minute idea for our Christmas dinner. What a wonderful recipe! It was quick, easy and I sort of had everything on hand! I didn't have cut green beans, so I used French Style, and I may have put a bit more than 3oz of Cheese. But for the most part I stuck to the recipe, and even my sister-in-law who doesn't like green beans, said this was the best green bean dish she's ever tasted. Thanks for sharing!

Campbell's® Tuna Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2011
This is a great base recipe. I'm not a fan of peas, so I exchanged for corn. I added another can of tuna, can of mushrooms, thyme, dill weed, lemon pepper, garlic pepper, chopped onions, cubed Velveeta, parmasan and garlic salt. The topping I used Italian bread crumbs, buttery crackers, French fried onions, parmasan and butter. I baked it for 20-25 minutes rather than the 30 due to the butter burning the topping. That's the best thing about this recipe, it gives you a base, then you start smelling your spices and thinking "mmm yes, that would taste good too".
